“Cath Burns is a dynamic facilitator who can keep folks engaged and enthusiastic through any type of training or strategic planning day. Cath facilitated a strategic planning day with a large group (approx 50) of staff and leaders with varied opinions and agendas. She navigated the day beautifully and helped us get focused on what was important.”
